I am now 45, I have had two children, and I'm possibly in the best shape of my life; without the need for a restrictive diet, calorie or macro-counting. Life (and food!) are for enjoying, and I'm committed to showing my clients how they can do the same, reaching their full potential and living a fulfilling, satisfying and active life.
