In Phase 1 (Weeks 1-4): We nail down your diet & schedule, and focus on bodyweight exercises to regain a good base level of fitness, strengthen your core, improve balance & form.
In Phase 2 (Weeks 5-8): We progress to weight training workouts with dumbbells to further build muscle and strength. Then you'll really start to see that definition coming through!

Yes! The course is itself is delivered fully online - self-lead and on-demand, but you also get a dedicated one-to-one coaching call with me, to be organised during Week 1, to keep you on track, motivated and to answer any questions you may have. Plus there's a dedicated online community where you can connect with other participants, ask them (and me!) questions and exchange tips. No need for yet another WhatsApp or Facebook group!
All you will need for the first 4 weeks is an exercise mat (and a resistance band if you have one, but this is optional, as you can use a large bath towel too). From weeks 5-8 we will be adding weights, so you will just need to buy a pair of dumbbells at this point, which start from around £20. I usually recommend starting with 5kg weights, but we can discuss this before you begin.
Absolutely! There are customisable nutrition, exercise & lifestyle planners and trackers included in the course, which you can download, print out and fill in as you go. Plus I will be regularly checking in and on hand to help in the community.
