I find a common problem with my clients is actually information overload. This helps you cut through the noise and focus on the basics that actually WORK. Forget fad diets, costly supplements or hours in the gym. This is all you need to get started.

Self-lead programme with LIFETIME access: £120

You can continue this programme with 'Strengthen & Sculpt' - which is my on demand 8-week programme, including even more videos, workouts, resources, recipes & an introduction to training with dumbbells, which is just £120 for lifetime access.

Online PT, app-based coaching: £499 for 12 weeks

OR, I offer more customised, in-depth coaching via app, which is my 'PT in your pocket' offer, with daily accountability, weekly check-ins and lives, and a supportive WhatsApp group of likeminded ladies. This is £499 for 12 weeks, which works out MUCH LESS than most in-person PTs!

Low cost, PAYG classes: £12

If you're looking for a lower cost option and would rather take it week by week, I run the weekly 'Pump' class every Monday at 6:30pm via Zoom (so accessible from anywhere) for the fabulous Vicky of Fitness for Mummies, which is a 45-minute long dumbbells workout. This is just £12 PAYG and you can book here.
